The current build of qterminal don't support ASCII BEL.(e.g. echo -e "\a") The support have been added by the upstream, but need building with libcanberra to enable it.[1][2] After rebuild the qterminal package with adding libcanberra-dev into "Build-Depends:" in debian/control, install the built package and enable "Audible bell" in Session -> Preference... -> Behavior, qterminal support ASCII BEL successfully. Please consider adding libcanberra-dev into "Build-Depends:" to enable ASCII BEL support.
