The original panic output can be > attached separately if needed. This is not a Debian kernel version. If it happens with our packaged kernel, then please update to 7.1.3-1 in unstable. Can you please test this, if the panic happens there as well, then we need ideally a full trace and some context on the system collected with reportbug kernel. Can you please report back?
