Chromium 150 crashes in headless mode in Debian 13, both on an ec2 server and
my laptop

We have an app that uses Selenium to do things, and we use system chromedriver
and chromium, both updated yesterday after the big security update. Eventually
we ended up running chromedriver with an empty PATH and it worked, as in this
situation selenium downloads a known working chromedriver and chrome.
Further narrowing down showed that it was chromium itself that was failing. I
can run it in non-headless mode on my laptop just fine - it pops up a browser
window. If I add the `--headless` or `--headless=new` again, it fails.
Using the selenium-downloaded chrome does not crash on startup
`$ ~/.cache/selenium/chrome/linux64/150.0.7871.46/chrome --headless=new
about:blank`
