I thought vimoutlinerrc only affected the behavior of vo sessions.  Is
there a difference in the handling of /ev/vimoutlinerrc and
~/.vimoutlienrrc in this respect?

I hope there is some way so that if someone installs the debs for vim
and vim-vimoutlinerrc things (i.e., ",,") work without any further
tweaking.
