I'm definitely supportive of trying to get OpenXR to work, but I'm not able to reproduce your successful build.
You can see my attempt to apply your patch on 4.6.3 in Salsa CI: https://salsa.debian.org/twrightsman/godot/-/pipelines/1109637 I get the same error when building on my local hardware too. Perhaps I am missing something?
