How did you conclude this and/or investigate this? It seems the run from 2026-02-02 17:14:32 UTC on amd64 in testing [1] still exhibits a crash in a pure testing system, albeit the logs are already recycled so it can't be checked. The run from 2026-05-29 00:15:51 UTC with erlang from unstable showed this crash, while runs several days before were fine: 57s ** (Code.LoadError) could not load /usr/lib/elixir/lib/elixir/scripts/cover_record.exs. Reason: enoent
