* Package name    : httpx2

given the package is a Python based language project and other languages could implement a very similar feature set for httpx2 the source package should be prefixed with 'python'.

  Version         : 2.3.0
  Upstream Contact: Pydantic Services Inc.
* URL             : https://pypi.org/project/httpx2/

The project is living under https://github.com/pydantic/httpx2. We should not use the PyPi platform for the project URL as long we have a link to one of the typical hosting platforms where the upstream project are living.

* License         : BSD-3
  Programming Lang: Python
  Description : A fully featured HTTP client library for Python

A to me better short description (aka later short description field) would be 'Next generation HTTP client Python library for httpx' even if the project website uses a quite generic name that project.

The short description should give me a base idea what the project is about. Generic names are not that helpful on that.

It includes an integrated command line client, has support for
both HTTP/1.1 and HTTP/2, and provides both sync and async APIs.

Dependency of Starlette.

The dependency on httpx2 is an optional one, mainly needed currently for the test suite, the core of starlette isn't depending on it (yet). Besides that it's of course a good idea to get this packaged.
