I think we should enable it by default -- the only thing I don't like is
that it requires you to reconfirm even after a posting error or after
previewing -- it'd be nice if instead having once a correct confirmation
would up your 'amounts of posts' (maybe even by more than 1) and every
succesful post would deduce one from it again -- making sure you can do
unlimited preview and retries without re-captcha.

Of course, this is not like just 10-line new code, but also not that
much more.
