Dear Maintainer,
While testing an update of src:fftw3 (a dependency of httping via
libfftw3-double3), the httping autopkgtest failed on loong64 in a way
that is independent of the triggering package.
The "command3" test runs:
httping -F -c 4 http://google.com
On the loong64 CI worker this fails because google.com is not
reachable from that network, even though the testbed has working
Internet access:
PING google.com:80 (/):
connect time out
connect time out
connect time out
connect time out

4 connects, 0 ok, 100.00% failed, time 124161ms
command3 FAIL non-zero exit status 127
The preceding "command2" test (httping -c 2 https://debian.org) passes
on the same run, confirming the testbed does have connectivity; only
google.com is unreachable.
