While at it I also bumped Standards-Version and fixed a stale debian-branch setting in d/gbp.conf (it pointed at debian/master, but the team repo uses master). The changes are on the master branch of the team repo: https://salsa.debian.org/python-team/packages/cairocffi Salsa CI is green across all jobs.
