and yet we missed gcc-bpf and according to
https://tests.reproducible-builds.org/debian/issues/unstable/timestamps_in_static_libraries_issue.html
maybe also 3 others:
avr-libc gcc-avr qt6-base

I wonder if this should be documented within strip-nondeterminism,
eg files it could normalize but does not.
