Then please help the maintainers of that package to ensure their package can migrate. If it's a timeout in the test, the timeout is too short and should be increased. If it's a failure, the failure should be fixed (we have riscv64 porters if help on riscv64 is needed). The test timeout isn't the only problem by the way, the package needs a sourceful upload as the excuses tell:
