I suggest to create a symlink /usr/share/texmf/doc/latex/xcolor/xcolor.pdf.gz -> ../../../../doc/latex-xcolor/xcolor.pdf.gz Alternatively, you could symlink the complete directory, but I wouldn't advice that.
