Bug#1137564: Don't warn about old /usr/lib/modules

Every time one sees:

   dpkg: warning: while removing linux-base-6.19.12+deb14-amd64,
   directory '/usr/lib/modules/6.19.12+deb14-amd64' not empty so not
   removed

But then having a look, the directory is gone.
