Well, it didn't but Tomasz committed it only yesterday. It seems that the 4.0.17 release has been delayed by him. I can guess that some real life issues are the reason. Anyway, the new program translation has to be committed by Tomasz in place of the former one. Which will certainly happen as Tomas is now in the release mood..:) And, the debconf translation has to be handled by us. This is why I would actually prefer two bug reports because the handling process of programs translations, which are upstream, and debconf translations, which are the problem of the Debian maintenance team, is different. Hence cloning the bug report.
