Package: gs-common Version: 0.3.9 Followup-For: Bug #325598
I've found that these "uninitialized value ... at /var/lib/defoma/scripts/gs.defoma line 108" errors only occur when the cmap-adobe-* packages in non-free are not installed. If the cmap-adobe-* packages were in main, I'd suggest that they should be made a dependency of gs-common. But I think, at the very least gs.defoma should be fixed to deal with the situation more gracefully. -- System Information: Debian Release: testing/unstable APT prefers testing APT policy: (990, 'testing'), (500, 'unstable'), (500, 'stable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.6.16-1-686 Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Versions of packages gs-common depends on: ii debconf 1.5.2 Debian configuration management sy ii debianutils 2.16.1 Miscellaneous utilities specific t ii defoma 0.11.9 Debian Font Manager -- automatic f ii gs-esp [gs] 8.15.1.dfsg.1-2 The Ghostscript PostScript interpr ii gs-gpl [gs] 8.50-1.1 The GPL Ghostscript PostScript int ii gsfonts 8.14+v8.11+urw-0.2 Fonts for the Ghostscript interpre gs-common recommends no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
