retitle 280886 oooprelink: undo prelinking fails

Since trying out oooprelink has broken a third party binary on my
machine and this bug stopped me from reverting the prelinking, I really
feel it is severity important.
I'm not raising the severity, though, since the affected program is
an opaque, binary-only distributed executable (the timeseal program from
freechess.org), and I'm pretty clueless what may have caused the
breakage.
