Did you upload it to the sarge/etch/unstable subdir of incoming or
the usual incoming directory?

If you uploaded to the usual incoming dir, I can not understand
how it was moved in the first place.

If you uploaded to the subdir of incoming I do not really know how
to correct that as that directory should actually move all deb:s
right away, and support for .changes files there is just a bonus
feature added later.
