This is intentional. NetworkManager is still a young project and these
additional information helps to fix remaining issues because they make
bug reports more valuable.

This issue has been discussed on the NetworkManager mailing list. Future
versions will use a lower debug level or even make it configurable.
I'll wait for these changes to happen upstream and won't implement a
Debian only solution.
