I'm sorry, I didn't to pay proper attention to the bug status. I now
see that the bug report was closed, by a changelog entry in 1.17-22.
However, the source code change to psspec.c was not included.
I can't find a copy of 1.17-21 so I'm not 100% sure that no different
change was made in an effort to fix this bug, but there seems to be no
suggestion that my patch was wrong and that anything was done other
than to simply apply it. So I conclude that the inclusion of the
changelog entry but not the actual patch was an oversight.
