I admit I do not remember your attempt to work on this package - sorry
about this. I'd strongly recommend to show up on the Debian Science
mailing list, tell people your Salsa login and ask for membership in the
https://salsa.debian.org/science-team/palabos
repository. My bet is that this bug log does not get much attention
and waiting here until someone might come back to you is not very
promising, IMHO. In any case your work is really welcome.
