Well, I can propose a shortcut. ;-) I have quite some training meanwhile to migrate repositories and the repository https://salsa.debian.org/debian/setop/ is now in a state ready for uploading. I've created a clone of your repository on Github and did some upgrading as well. The only thing you should definitely do is creating a user account on salsa.debian.org. (This involves manual processing so about 24-48h or so.) Once done please let me know your user name and I will grant you owner permissions to make sure you will be able to do further changes in future.
