This updates arduino-core-avr to the package in unstable for fixing no-dsa CVE-2025-69209. Technically this is a new upstream version, but apart from uppercasing how some board names are displayed there is not any other actual change. Debian changes are lintian/copyright related and similar changes without regression risk.
