Thanks for filing this bug report. In this case, I don't think
the failure is related to the pyparsing upgrade. I think I know
what it is; I think it's a transient error caused by a too-small
delay to allow tina to start within a tmux session.

Right now I triggered a retry of the autopkgtest run. I know this is
not the perfect way to resolve such a situation, and I will add
a couple of retries within the test itself, but let'see if
it just happens to pass now.
