The bug report at https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1127023 says it was 'fixed' but no explanation anywhere. The changelog at https://tracker.debian.org/media/packages/b/boost1.90/changelog-1.90.0-5 has no reference to '1127023'.
If you expect all dependencies to do some updates, please be explicit on what the expectation/solution is.
