Yes, it is targeted at you. It says to consult the documentation.
Which documentation did you consult?
The option isn't `--deliberately`. It's `--deliberate-something`.
The system needs to get you to make a choice, and the choice is
explained in the documentation.

We should perhaps have it say "Consult dgit(1)" rather than the vaguer
"documentation" and also saying just --deliberately should produce a
bespoke error message.
