Dear Maintainer,

antlr4-cpp-runtime 4.10+dfsg-1 has been available in experimental since 2022.

The package appears to be in good shape:
- it builds successfully on all architectures
- autopkgtest is enabled
- there are no RC bugs reported for libantlr4-runtime4.10
- the same upstream series was previously uploaded directly to unstable (e.g.
4.9+dfsg)

Currently, unstable only provides libantlr4-runtime4.9, which blocks
packages that depend on libantlr4-runtime >= 4.10 from entering unstable.

Could you please consider uploading antlr4-cpp-runtime 4.10+dfsg to unstable,
or let us know if there are remaining concerns preventing the promotion?

Thanks for your work on maintaining antlr4-cpp-runtime.
