That situation has been resolved by NMU'ing these two packages fixing their FTBFS with the most recent publicsuffix upload. Thus I have now prepared another update, following the same procedure and tests as mentioned before in <https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1077255#10> and <https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1077255#15>. I.e. the resulting package is lintian-clean and passes its autopkgtest, and building libpsl and some other reverse (build-)depends also succeeds with it installed, and I copied it to <https://people.debian.org/~florian/publicsuffix/>, and I upload to DELAYED/10 only. Please let me know if this delay should be extended or the upload should be removed altogether. Please note that with this upload I decided to reflect the past 15 months and add me as an Uploader now, and to also update the packaging a bit.
