Bug#1126158: sogo fails to start due to wrong shared library

I'm sorry, this must have been due to errand files in /usr/local/lib. 
After getting rid of them and adapting the nginx config to find some of 
the stuff now in /usr/share instead of /usr/lib, SOGo now works. Issue 
can now be closed.
