Seconded, wearing the http-parser maintainer's hat. That http-parser
library is dead as a dodo and a MBF with the goal to remove it from
Debian is in preparation, mostly blocked by guidance missing for people
who still have to adjust their code.
If the code already can handle llhttp, likely detected at build time,
it's just replacing the libhttp-parser-dev build-dependency with
libllhttp-dev, this was already done in the tang package (also
maintained by yours truly).
