The upstream metadata incorrectly states that python3-setuptools is required at _runtime_. Older versions of dh-python had an heuristic that translated this into a dependency on python3-pkg-resources. I think that neither python3-pkg-resources nor python3-setuptools are correct and that the upstream metadata should be patched to avoid these spurious dependencies. Greetings Alexandre
