The e4crypt man page says:
The salt argument is interpreted in a number of different ways, depending on how its prefix value.
I can't parse the "depending on..." phrase. Either "how" should be removed, or some verb should be added. Or maybe then whole phrase should be removed, as it doesn't seem that useful?
Later it says:
the rest of the argument will be used as an text string
It should be "a text", not "an text". -- Jakub Wilk
