Hello, I think you have some good ideas here that a number of users would want. The best way to get something like this implemented is to do it yourself (after discussing it on the bacula-users list), then submit a patch against the current CVS to the bacula-devel list.
If you wish to submit this as a Feature Request, the best procedure is to follow the Feature request procedures as outlined on the www.bacula.org web site then submit it to the bacula-users list and either defend your ideas or wrap in their suggestions. When there seems to be a consensus (more or less) I will accept the Feature request and add it to our projects list.
