It's not strictly required in order to get Xprint running, so it's only
a Recommends rather than a Depends.  The higher order package utilities
including apt should pull it in automatically when xprint gets
installed, but dpkg will ignore it.

I'll leave it open for now until we can confirm what's happening with
XPSERVERLIST. I'll ping you about it some months into the future when I
do a routine check of the Xprint bugs.  We can let it rest until then
for the time being.
