Antoine,Please, could you explain why did you reopen this bug? The issues in pycares 5.0.0-X was solved in pycares 5.0.1-X... Could you attach the fragment of the log reproducing the issue? I tried to build poezio with pycares 5.0.1-2 and it builds fine.
