There were previous plans to split the src:dutch package in two, with src:hunspell-nl being the new source package. However, those plans have changed and everything will remain under src:dutch. Please remove the src:hunspell-nl package (it only exists in experimental). Also, please remove the 1:2.20.19+2-1 src:dutch package from experimental. It only contained some of the binary packages, and its continued existence in experimental appears to limit what is visible on popcon: https://qa.debian.org/popcon.php?package=dutch
