Hi Nils, we would like Kokkos to be packaged on its own and have a seperate Trilinos package that depends on it. Other applications (PETSc, LAMMPS, etc...) are using Kokkos without Trilinos, it will be much easier for them to find the kokkos package. Ideally the same happens with Kokkos Kernels, where it can be made in its own package or packaged with Kokkos instead of Trilinos.
