I don't know what is broken exactly but since 3.2.2-1 until 3.2.2-2+b1 rpu_parser.h is truncated. The file size is 281 Bytes when in 3.2.1 the file size was 18565 bytes. For now as functions aren't declared, hanbrake and libplacebo fail to build.
