I think this is after eb14ca68fbf "Remove qemu-efi-arm, upstream has
removed support for it" - which also removed qemu-system-arm dependency.
And qemu-system-arm *package* in debian contains qemu-system-aarch64
*binary*.
Currently, there's no qemu-system-aarch64 dep at all, as the result,
so any test referencing that binary will fail.
So I've re-added qemu-system-aarch64 dependency just like for other
qemu-system-foo64, lemme check if it works - if yes, I'll upload the
fixed version.
