whenever I try to change the unit of measure in a resizing/rescaling window the program hangs, sometimes to the point of hanging the whole system. I tried even with a new very little 400x400 size canvas. Then, for instance, use the Image -> Print size. and if I click on the unit of measure (e.g. "pt" to make it "mm") as soon as I click the whole program hangs, and then if I'm lucky I get the notification to choose to Wait or either Terminate the program, otherwise the whole system hangs. It's not about resizing, because if I do the math myself in the different units I can resize/scale it's just the selection/changing of units. That also happens with no image opened, just at the very start if I do "File-> New and in the dialogue try to change the unit of measure to specify the dimension. I hope I am not overseeing something mundane. Thanks a lot for your work on Gimp and for making it available in Debian.
