Package: gitk Version: 1:2.47.3-0+deb13u1 Severity: important Since git now mostly has SHA2-256 support gitk missing the support is now troublesome. In a repository with SHA2-256 enabled you get the error dialog:
"Can't parse git log output: (commit dead...........beef tree 1234..)" And then immediately exits. I was able to find the patch: https://lore.kernel.org/git/[email protected]/T/ Ideally this could have been in the recent Debian release. Good candidate for an update since such repositories are now likely to start appearing. -- (\___(\___(\______ --=> 8-) EHM <=-- ______/)___/)___/) \BS ( | [email protected] PGP 87145445 | ) / \_CS\ | _____ -O #include <stddisclaimer.h> O- _____ | / _/ 8A19\___\_|_/58D2 7E3D DDF4 7BA6 <-PGP-> 41D1 B375 37D0 8714\_|_/___/5445
