happy xournalpp user here. 1.3.0 has gained some nice new feature such
as the highlighter pen. It'd be great if that (or 1.3.1) could be
backported to stable.
I did a quick and dirty local backport to stable and it works fine for
me. If I can find a spare minute I might backport it.
