STEPS Edit git-deborig to change the command 'git' in the git archive rune to 'xgit' (line 154 right now) EXPECTED RESULTS An error message, and git-deborig exits nonzero ACTUAL RESULTS An error message to stderr, but git-deborig exits status 0 DISCUSSION If the caller was expecting git-deborig to overwrite a file (with --force), then this bug might leaad to use of a wrong orig tarball! BUG 2 I observe that git-deborig uses the perl `-e` file existence test. This does not spot if stat fails for another reason. It should use the stat_exists function from Dgit.pm.
