Fwiw, I just ran into this again last week. This is a blocker for
recommending the use of extrepo over custom scripts in the
installation instructions on apt.postgresql.org.

(It also means that it kept me from trying extrepo again for 5 years
after 2020. :)

Please consider just dropping the `Architectures:` line. The warning
it is meant to suppress is an apt problem, not an extrepo one.
