Hi,

As per nfs.systemd97) it should be possible to mask rpcbind for a pure
NFSv4 setup. However:

1. rpcbind has both a service and a socket, masking only the service
results in errors, so both must be masked.

2. rpc.mountd refuses to start unless setting 'vers3=off' in section
   [nfsd] of nfs.conf.

3. With vers3=off rpc.mountd still complains loudly ("Failed to register...")
unless TCP=off and UDP=off are also set.

Kid regards,
Andrei
