Bug#1039615: ssh/_scp_remote_files adds too many backslashes for rsync

Hello! This works now in Debian 13 (I've just upgraded):

$ touch 'files with spaces'
$ rsync fi[TAB]
(Completion:) rsync files\ with\ spaces

GNU bash, version 5.2.37(1)-release (x86_64-pc-linux-gnu) 
bash-completion 1:2.16.0-7

   You can close the bug.
