Source: afterstep Version: 2.2.12-18.1 Severity: important Tags: forky sid afterstep ships /usr/share/xsessions/AfterStep.desktop but is missing a dependency on xserver-xorg which is required for that to work. In Debian 13 and earlier, this was often handled by something else pulling in xserver-xorg.
For instance, gdm3 no longer has Recommends: xserver-xorg. If xserver-xorg isn't installed, gdm won't show Afterstep as one of the available sessions to log into. Thank you, Jeremy Bícha
