Looks like a good reason to upload the status in Git. I've found this repository[1] (which is not announced in Vcs fields) when seeking in Salsa. Strangely it has pristine-tar branch set as default branch. The control file in the master branch looks like this: https://salsa.debian.org/debian/mithril/-/blob/master/debian/control?ref_type=heads Smells your local Git is different than the one on Salsa.
