I have a similar notebook (Dell MA16250) and I can confirm the bug affects alsa-ucm-conf_1.2.15-1. Following the suggestion reported above, I tried to upgrade the content of /usr/share/alsa to the latest version of files taken from https://github.com/alsa-project/alsa-ucm-conf/ and I can confirm this fixes the issue.
