Why are you turning this into a removal request before the takeover by src:oxygen is ready? All this is going to achieve is the loss of the Oxygen cursors themes from Debian. Are you planning to help with https://salsa.debian.org/qt-kde-team/kde/oxygen/-/merge_requests/5 ?
